Use of the Service

Rules and Restrictions on Using the Service

Users are prohibited from using our service to distribute illegal content, violate copyright, or engage in fraudulent activities.

We reserve the right to refuse service if its content violates copyright, contains obscene or offensive materials, or contradicts our principles. For example, you cannot use our service to create websites that promote violence, discrimination, or other forms of hate.

• $130 + $8 per month — Custom creation on your own domain or a subdomain of devsain.studio.

Domain Creation Service

The cost is calculated according to the prices of registrars in Russia or another country.

Refund Policy

On the day of payment, you can get a full refund, minus the transfer fees, which are paid by you.

After the payment day, we begin the creation of the site.

In the first week of creating the site, you can get a 75% refund of the full cost.

From the ninth day after payment, no refunds are available.

Support

Support is provided throughout the service period and for two months after the site is delivered.

If you rent a subdomain on the devsain.studio domain, support is provided throughout the rental period.

Response time may take up to two business days.

Privacy Policy and Data Processing

We collect and process users' personal data, such as name and email, for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

All data is stored in a secure database and is not shared with third parties.

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data.

We do not collect or process usage data such as IP address, cookies, or browsing history.
